How to connect your Zoom account to AllltrainedUp?

Connecting your Zoom account to AlltrainedUp is easy. and can be done in 4 steps:

  • Step 1 - Sign in to your AlltrainedUp trainer dashboard. From the home page, go to your profile by clicking on the avatar in the top right corner of your screen


  • Step 2 - From your profile page, click on the button "CONNECT ZOOM ACCOUNT"


  • Step 3 - You'll be redirected to Zoom's webpage and asked to grant AlltrainedUp limited access to your Zoom account. Click on "Authorize"


  • Step 4 - After clicking on "Authorize", you'll be redirected back to your AlltrainedUp profile.

    Voila! Your Zoom account is now connected successfully and you can get started with your webinar classes.




How to setup zoom meetings for your Webinar classes?

Once you've connected your Zoom account to AlltrainedUp, you can now create zoom meetings for all your webinar courses at the click of a button.



Things to note

  • - Customers who purchase your Webinar courses will automatically be sent invites to the Zoom meeting you've setup for the class.

  • - If you're using a free Zoom account, you'll be limited to 40 mins Zoom meeting — To hold webinar classes longer than 40 minutes, upgrade your Zoom account to a Pro plan — see here for pricing.


How can I disconnect my Zoom account?

You can disconnect your Zoom account from your account from your AlltrainedUp profile page.

  • Step 1 - Sign in to your AlltrainedUp trainer dashboard, from the home page, go to your profile by clicking on the avatar in the top right corner of your screen

  • Step 2 - From your profile page, click on the button "REMOVE ZOOM ACCOUNT"




  • Please note that once your account is disconnected, you will no longer be able to setup Zoom links from your AlltrainedUp dashboard.
